Best process to grow garlic?
Answers: I just push sprouted cloves into a pot of soil indoors. The greens are great chopped into salads or other foods. Outdoors I grow the cloves between my roses and other plants. They perform as natural deterrents to bugs.

Specific garlics hold different requirements. I just planted slowly Italian garlic that can be braided. This garlic wanted to be planted 4 to 6 inches vast and a little deeper if soil be sandy. I have untimely purple garlic that only requires a depth of 2 inches. So it is best to know what garlic you are planting and its specific requirements. There is also gummy necked garlic that you cannot braid. I wanted garlic that I could braid. You can freshly take grocery store garlic or generic garlic and the depth is usually 2 inches but I did not take quality garlic this instrument. I found it was better to command a variety that I know was not gooey necked and followed the specific directions for planting. Garlic also likes pious, fine soil so it can really expand and grow. If you have alot of pebbles or rocks or tough ground, garlic will not form good solid cloves.
