how often should i hose down them, i live in Victoria, Australia. and is it safe and sound to fertilize them with something approaching SEASOL?
THANKS A BUNCH. lol, that's funny eh?
Answers: Lots of water and fertilizer. There hungry feeders.
If they own stopped growing because of the cold, just satisfactory water to stop them drying out so they don't rot. While they are actively growing, they inevitability a lot of marine, and like feed with an natural fertiliser. Seasol works well beside them. Keep lots of mulch around them in furnace weather too, but not right up against the trunk. We live near Ballarat so hold to grow ours in tubs so we can move them below shelter during winter. I guess yours are in the ground?
