Answers:    when my kids were growing up, our house be the only one on the block that have a fence. All winter it be a football field every spring it be a baseball field and adjectives summer it was a playground for lately about everything. Needless to speak ,our lawn be also the only one on the block beside no grass. In the fall i,d rake adjectives the leaves from 3 huge maples that shaded our lawn , rake everything into a big pile and ran over it repeatedly near the lawn mower. Even near all the traffic that sward got, every summer I have a tough time getting it mowed because it was so sticky. I swear by leaf mulch and self a gardener, it is also filet mon yon to worms who convert it all into 100% topsoil. I never could realize why people bag it up and got rid of it. Trust me. It make for a healthy sward.

MULCHED LEAVES ARE FINE FOR YOUR FLOWER BEDS BUT NOT OVER YOUR ENTIRE LAWN.
