Are lupines annuals or perennials?
They are perennials, or can be biennials. They are also prolific seeders and will thrive on very little meticulousness.
I was wrong - they are described as perennials.

Lupines are wildflowers here within certain areas of California, anyway.
You can see them blanketing hillsides and field in the middle valley and rotten the roads when the season is right for wildflowers to bloom.
Answers: They are perennials. From seed they biennials, objective no flower in first year.
Much better to buy a huge plant and fussily dissect it into 10 parts to make 10 plants.
Perennials for something like 3-5 years
