I am buying a used Sear's riding lawnmower with a tiller and spreader attachment.

Is within anything that I should know before I buy it? Things to look for? Questions that I am suppose to ask?

Buying it because my neighbor have been doing my patio - but with an acre of topography - that is a tad much to expect my neighbor to be doing while also working one full time duty and one part time mission. But since this will be the first riding lawnmower that I have have - not sure what it is that I am to be looking at or for.

Suggestions appreciated.
