Anyone know how to properly exactness for an AFRICAN VIOLET? ...
Answers: I have flourishing african violets, so I'll report you what I do:
1. African violet food contained by their water every month or so.
2. They obligation a special pot where the dampen sits in a bowl, and the african purple sits in a totally porous (water gets through) bowl inside the first bowl.
3. Keep the river in the outer bowl full.
4. Pick stale dead leaves & flowers.
5. Bright sunshine. Mine are surrounded by a bright morning sun window.
6. Family--for some intention, mine are happiest when they're near other plants--like ivy or other violets. But don't consent to the other plants block the sunlight. They've got to enjoy sunshine.
7. If you see little black bugs about, remove the top 1/2" of soil from respectively plant and replace it with fresh, latest soil.
Take care!
