I am referring not to purchased mulch, but from downed trees run through a commercial shredder onsite. I want to take down a group of trees, put down a underside and build a playscape on the same spot. Can I merely have the tree guy leave your job all the shreddings to use for the playscape nouns? Any problems with this?
Answers: If you be in motion with the wood chips from a tre shredder, you will find that alot of the pieces are too big for the purpose you want. In reality most playgrounds done with tree chippings are run through a electrical device to round off the ends of the pieces and remove most of the peril from getting splinters in the hand and feet of the childish kids. The best way to run is with a product call Fi-bar. I have ben contained by landscaping for 30 years very soon and highly reccomend it to you.

Should be fine for a private play patio. These do not comply with codes for accessibility. Also, some could be sharp/splintery and the moisture may facilitate mold and hold them densely packed so they are smaller amount resiliant.
