Any concept how to craft my grass grow,? we have 3 small children and two dogs so im not...

we have 3 small children and two dogs so im not asking for a sound lawn. Theres a patch contained by the top centre of 4 x 3 metres that a moment ago will not grow grass, The soil was full of clay and boggy final year but now have drainage which we then seed, All took and grew except this one part, Also the grass that did kernel well is full of substantial dirt holes, do you think turf would bring well. similar to i said dont want perfect lately the kids to come in lacking looking like they hold rolled in it.

capably i been a gardener for 20 years and my father for 40 years, I also enjoy a pet dog, my kids have grown up and vanished home, And i know what you are talking in the order of, first i would buy grass seeds, within is a grass you can get for rugged use, but you must try and keep the kids rotten it for a few weeks to give it time to grow, cut the grass twice a week, and dampen it almost every day, and also buy a nurture to maintain it, put that on once a week, and when it comes to the dog in good health when he or she has a wee it kill the grass, so everytime the dog goes for a wee, put some sea over it that will stop the grass from dying.. hope that helps.

With that amount of 'traffic' walking over it turf of a righteous hardy grass (seek advice at turf center) would possibly your best bet effortlessly laid by yourself and to help it along plenty of sea in the first couple of weeks and any dry spell.
