Excpet the sun is there any other style to charge the batteries of solar lanscape lights?
I bought some and it is cold and drizzly they never charge.
I was thinking roughly a charger but I can't just use a simple one to charge the Malibu battery right?
Any suggestions?

I would stay away from any batterer charger because the battery have a long slow charge cycle. Bring them surrounded by the house then put them surrounded by a strong light source. It can't rainfall for ever.
