is my first time growing tulips, ok now the flowers are gone, what I do beside all that green gone?
Answers:    Leave the green leaves alone for now. They will nurture the bulb so that you can get Tulips subsequent spring. . Yes, they do begin to look somewhat messy until you can finally cut them away (tulip leaves) but it's earth-shattering to let them beef up the bulbs.

A lot of gardeners plant other plants close the tullips to help cover them up.

After they start to turn sickly and wither you can cut them back
to a short time ago a couple of inches above the ground, then tolerate them dry off on their own.

Hope this help.
You can cut off the flower stems, but check out of the green leaves. The bulb needs them to grow the bulb strong for subsequent year. My about mid summer or sooner the leaves will turn brown and die, and you can next remove them.
