Answers:    yes. vinegar is a weed slaughterer.it's an acid... if you put enuff water next to it, you might not kill the plant , but let's not do that again, ok?...

you don't just jump grab something and spray it on plants when you still don't know what the black stuff IS. it might be just mold which would wipe sour with a wet cloth!...
