The switches for the ventilation hold 6 wires coming out of the ceiling. My ventilation component has 5 wires. The ceiling have 2 black, 2 red, and 2 white wires. The ventilation component has pallid, black, white, red, and blue. how do i make the connections?
Any idea's more or less colour...?

How a fixture is wired depends upon its location in relation to the wires that organize from the main service entrance. So really not a soul can tell you for sure how to line your ventilation fixture up lacking "Seeing" it. Also, how many switches are involved..1,or 2 or 3?
Usually, White wires are other neutral, black other hot.
BUT- in persuaded switch installations both black and white wires could be hot too. Red wires are used for grounding.
Now there are enhanced grounding systems for greater safety, other colors involved, and jersey wires that are connected to the receptacle for a continuous ground.
So that is why every one have answered your Q with tell about describing you how to do it.
