My single hung window does not close adjectives the way. It stope two inches from bottom. I tried everything I can possibly try. What should I do?

Answers:    If your glass just get placed you should call the company and complain to them if the skylight. It could be because it's cold outside and the window have frost and froze at the bottom you can try leaving it nearby untill the warm days and afterwards try to open them. Whatever you do don't seize frusterated and tr ying to push it all the track. if there is cold coming out try to close the room and don't permit anyone come in these could also be problems because your fanlight is old. Try to hail as a window company and ask them.

It sounds resembling the sash of the window have disconnected from the balance tubes. Remove the sash and look at other window to see how the balance tubes are supposed to connect. I own seen oodles different types of balances, would be impossible to enlighten you exactly how to do it.
