I got the drill yesterday and worked fine adjectives day but did spell a bit burning but a short time ago because it was unknown, anyway was drilling a hole within wood (no electrical cables be hit) just the wood be hit and suddenly a blue flash came out the drill and a small pop, i havent used it since consequently, i suppose it wasnt the fuse because thats in the plug, so is it undisruptive to use again or what ?

Answers:    You say you a short time ago got the drill, is it current or did you get it used, from a friend, for a contribution, ????. If it's new it should be below warranty and it certainly sounds similar to you blew the armature on the thing. Sounds approaching a segment may have come right out of the commutator winding up of the motor. It probably won't run any more, so you most likely won't be capable of use it. Take it back to whereever you get it and see if it's replaceable.
