We build our own machines at my workplace and I wanted to cover switches that hold to be held down during operation with soft plastic for sanctuary reasons e.g. if the worker has drizzling or messy hands. I don't appear to be able to find them for public sale or indeed be able to find out what they're call!!

Your best bet may be to find out the make of the switches, find their website and ask for replacement covers or lid with the covers that are compatible beside the ones you have immediately.
Unfortunately I have a thought that you may have to replace the unharmed switch.

Check the websites for MK, Merlin Gerin, MEM, etc or a local electrical wholesaler should be able to oblige.
