Any craft / material store should carry what you need.

If I work out you correctly, you want to use a zipper to make a door. You'd need some vinyl for the 'trim', and a plastic zipper. (The metal studded zippers could rust). You could even put together a large 'tab' for the zipper pull out of the vinyl you use for the trim.
