When I am making piping do I enjoy to cut the yard goods on the bias if going around corners? Thank You!?
Yes, you want the ease from the bias cut for the fabric to lay flat. You do obligation to cut fabric on the bias for pipiing and ruffles.
It will really abet to cut the fabric on the bias. The piping simply will not lay flat even on a straight section if you don't do that. Making bias binding is a moment or two more trouble but it's totally worth it for the finished result. I use to do upholstery for about 3 yrs and I never cut my material on the bias for my piping
Answers: I do agree with the first answerer.but I did find out the hard channel.by using the straight of the grain.It is better to take the time to do the bias..
