I'm having a tentative bathroom suite put in and I want to know when is the best time to own the walls re-plastered? I'm taking the old tiles sour before and the rest of the walls are artexed. I know the best time would be when the suite is out totally but its not viable as we can't live without a tub or toilet!
Answers:    You should really have the wall where on earth the bath is going plastered first beforehand installation.
If you decide to install the tub first , you may find that the edge of the tub becomes come to a point, even more so if your going to re-tile that area. The finish against the tub edge may powerfully crack as it gets raining.
Definitely before you put any flooring surrounded by. And, remembering that plaster has to "cure" vs. dry, optimally at most minuscule a week. You'll want to do it first. Good luck. Glad to hear you are plastering and retaining, I assume, the original finishes surrounded by your abode. Most people would walk down to the studs and drywall just because it's complicated to find plasterers anymore!
