I literally JUST got this gadget. It was working once I finally removed it from the box and threaded it, but I turn it on the subsequent day to practice on some fabric, and for some reason, the plunger won't catch the bobbin thread. I try to sew and the bottom module of my fabric get all mangled and I own to take out the bobbin only to cut out the thread.
PLEASE help. I don't want to pilfer this back and i really hope it's a simple fix.
Any sustain would be great.

Answers:    make sure the top is completely threaded properly. also check if the bobbin thread is underneath the little slot in the bobbin casing and the bobbin case clicks within the bobbin case holder. also be paid sure the tension determine is adjusted properly.
