What mode of fixture do I use for a 1000w/240v T3 double-ended halogen bulb? I am looking to purchase a bulb like the one pictured...

I am looking to purchase a bulb like the one pictured here:

Problem is, I can't find a fixture to use it contained by. Specifically, I need a fixture specifically completely open on adjectives sides (no blinders, etc...). Basically, it just requirements to be a simple fixture that gives the bulb power - mode of like a fluorescent table lamp fixture that you might see in a commercial building.

Sorry if this is a ridiculously detailed grill, but I need to use this bulb for a ridiculously detailed application :) Thanks!
