Answers:    Roast beef, Lamb, & Bernard matthews Turkey joint, are very nice` but i deem youd be better off making a Fridge,!!!

Depends on your design but I'd use box joint on the corners, like a beehive, next to tongue and groove joints for shelves, and grooves cut contained by the shelves for tongue and groove dividers.
