What is the best product to murder ants? I bought something from home depot that a guy recommended but...

I bought something from home depot that a guy recommended but it didn't work..it stopped them for awhile then they come back but bigger and instead of looking close to water ants they are big and black looking resembling queen ants but theres tons of them now inside my house. I NEED something that will work. Thanks!

So far this year ,I own had no ants and usually by this time of year ,I am screaming! My concealed...I was told to put sweet 'n low contained by a tiny pile wherever I saw the ants and they lug it "home" and can't digest it properly and they all die.It worked so in good health that as soon as the weather started getting warm,I put out the sweet 'n low and hold seen no ants this year. I be also told corn meal works like peas in a pod way but sweet 'n low attracts the ants better.I aversion to use any insecticides as I have crawling babies & my friends dogs and the smell is usually not nice.It would not hurt to try as it's exceedingly cheap and does not harm animals or kids.
