Answers: The best way is to recirculate the hot river - it runs in a loop to the furthest fixture, consequently back to the sea heater. Most plausible this would not be cheap.
Another alternative that might be cheaper would be a Grundfos comfort system pump. Laing also makes one.
The cheapest means of access is to insulate the pipes between the tank and the tap. The next is to shorten the pipes bet tween them. And the most expensive is to return with an electric heater that mounts right at the tap. (expensive and less efficient).
