i wanted to know if you strap micro spout engines to your feet would it pull you up ?and where can you capture a rocket thruster for personal flight?

What happen?
Well, you will not have to contract with wellbeing nor lost luggage, plus you can skip the peanuts.
One bad item, you will not get frequent miles, but hey, you can't win everything.

Answers: if the jet engines own enough trust for your solidity, you will fly but it will be impossible for you to keep symmetry.
also, there is a boundary to the amount of gas you can carry. so you won't return with much time out of it. 10 minute is tops. I don't care how micro they are, spray engines are fuel guzzlers. trust me.
add contained by the equipment like fuel pumps, throttles, engines start-up motors etc. you will become slightly heavy and those micro engines won't be exactly the size of your shoe, but fairly bigger.
as for rockets for personal flight, check popular mechanics.com and google it. it is very unlikely that you will come up near one that is even close to working but it could be cheaper than the spout engine idea. (just devise about the miniaturization required for the shot engines, whereas the rockets are just a tube next to chemicals that produce lots of energy when it))
