There is currently a "force flush" toilet down there. It is raise over one foot off of the ground on a box to "force the flush." It looks pretty ghetto. How can I avoid the "force flush" system?
Answers: Sounds pretty crappy. At smallest it works.
However if you want your seat flush beside the finished floor, then you must chop into the subterranean vault floor, which can be a job contained by itself.
You got to run a sewage flash at least 2 1/2 to 3'' to your misuse line. In some instances you may still call for a pump to force the
doodie through.
Ask a licensed plumber before you do anything.
You can other spice up the existing comode with a fancy door and marble steps and a fresh coat of paint, or tiles.
Good Luck!
First you'd want to get rid of the box, set the toilet down on the floor flange and run a chain to a sump pit with an affluent pump to gain the sewage up and out of the basement into a drain splash. Probably involve cutting some concrete and lay some pipe, digging a hole and installing a pit and a pump.
