I replaced the whole element in the toilet reservoir including the flapper for the toilet in the basic floor. I did nothing to the toilet contained by the upper floor. After flushing the water will still run within both toilets. The toilet upstairs has the lever type of fiddle with and the lower one has the teardrop knob. The trick to stopping the flowing of water is to move from side to side the teardrop handle and verbs up hard on the upper toilet. Sometimes you hold to flush the toilet again to stop the running and then move from side to side the handle. The section was put contained by the toilet correctly. What is causing this problem?
Answers:    It sounds resembling the flapper is not closing properly and/or the water plane is too high contained by the tank. You inevitability to get whoever did the installation to come wager on out and get it set up RIGHT. That's what you compensated for, after all.
The flapper isn't spaces properly..wiggle it around a bit..Sometimes it help to smooth your hand around the surface & rub your fingers around the debut the flapper covers..A little bit of lime deposit can do this also..Sounds like it simply isn't sitting down correctly..
