i have removed the wallpaper in my bathroom, and as I be removing it, it pull off some of the plaster, so adjectives that is there immediately is concrete- and rust. do i have to remove the rust before re-plaster-ing? please sustain!

Answers:    You don't have to remove it ,but you need to trademark it with a reputable sealant . Kilz Bulls-eye 123 comes to mind. Make sure you remove all gum residue and mold,mildew before you apply sealant.
