Here's my ideal scenario: After grocery shopping, I verbs a collapsible shopping cart out of the trunk of my vehicle, load it up near everything I bought, and take it onto the elevator and up to my studio within one trip.
Instead, I'm making several trips on the elevator, up and down NINE FLOORS, carrying whatever I can take on on my arms (which is just as much as those lame little cart can carry, in the region of 4 heavy bags). I don't know almost most people, but I do a monthly shopping trip, sometimes bi-weekly.
Do you know of anything I can use that:
- is collapsible and will fit surrounded by the trunk of a sedan
- can hold the weight of in the region of 20 bags of groceries
- can roll over the irregular gravel surrounding my building (not a must, but a plus)?

this link have a ton of collapsible shopping carts along near weights and dimensions, but it does not list how much they will hold. The Big Bruno and the Jumbo Elite at the bottom of the page look pretty sturdy.
I would guess you are looking at 2 trips even beside the best of these. Go for the largest wheels you can capture as these will make the gravel easier to navigate.
