Under Kitchen Unit Lighting? I have be asked by my builder to supply three single mains...

I have be asked by my builder to supply three single mains voltage underneath unit kitchen lights for him to fit for me; he have already fitted the wires. Where can I buy them? I have be to all the big DIY shops and am extremely confused as they are all 12volt and come near transformers. Can anyone help? Thanks
