The plumber said they would dig my patio up and cut my pipes with a price starting at $500! If anyone know any tricks please share:) By the way the plumber have not even seen it on the other hand.
Answers: If I understand you, the pieces of the verbs out cap is down within the main drain procession, so any large amounts of river draining comes up in your shower. Find yourself a rental outlet that you can rent a sewer snake and run it down the queue to the main city sewer procession. Let the people at the rental outlet know what you are going to do so they dispense you the right size sewer snake to use to clear the line. Would also be productive if you knew how frequent feet it be from the clean out to the prevalent sewer line, so you own the right amount of snake to reach the row. Good Luck- forget the plumber in this skin you should be able to do it yourself.
Unfortunately the plumber is right. Since crucial lines are out side they usually have to verbs holes or break concrete. Unfortuantely plumbers are expensive. I don't know where you live but here surrounded by Illinois only a licensed plubmer can do that. The city will fine you and shut down the work site.
