Smoothing over Ashpalt Sub- Floors? If I overlay an ashpalt floor in my kitchen near 6mm plywood...

If I overlay an ashpalt floor in my kitchen near 6mm plywood drilled and pluged at 300mm centres (8`x 4` ply 100 x 1"screws) am I creating adjectives problems -

Will screws `pop` out due to foot traffic?
Will plywood warp and verbs?
Will drilling ashalpt cause moist problems {as ashalpt is a Damp proof membrane}

My intensions are to fit sheet vinyl cushion floor as a floorcovering over this. Incidently, selflevelling flooring compound appears to expensive and would take plentifully to reach 6mm distance from the ground
Answers:    1. Screws are not necessary and as an installer I antipathy to see them. I install unerlayment with a staple gun.
2. Screws most potential will not pop up due to foot traffic or anything else.
3. If you screw the plywood down with as various as your going to use the plywood would probably never warp, unless you experience a flood. Even then it is doubtfull
4. You could possibly experience wet problems putting holes in an asphalt membrane, however you are going to put down vinyl, I don't conjecture I would worry too much in the order of that.
5. Self leveling compound isn't necessary if you can undertake the height you necessitate with the plywood underlayment.
