It started a few days ago. Faucet was slightly stuck on, dripping, afterwards running. Today I took shower and it won't turn off. Running full force currently. Any input would be greatly appreciated.
Answers:    I'm not sure if you have it in mind it's physically stuck or just ratification water close to it was still fully on.

I'm going to assume the latter. If the faucet have a separate tap for the hot and cold afterwards it's usually just a spout washer (a rubber washer that hardens and cracks over time) that's spoilt.

If so, you can turn the main marine supply to your home to the off position unless you own shutoffs below the faucet itself (sometimes hidden at the rear chrome covers just below the faucet). I won't bring back into any details, but the particular spigot for your faucet can then be removed and the washer can individually be replaced.

If you hold a single control for your faucet (which don't fail extraordinarily often this way) it conceivably simpler and cheaper to replace the whole element, but many can be serviced as very well.
morris is right, shut the water stale to your shower, if you cant do that, shut your water sour to your house and get it replaced.
