Answers: Just fill the top next to tobacco, fill the bottom with dampen.
Put foil on top of the tobacco, pierce holes on the foil, put a hot coal on top of it.

do you surmise people would go partially way around the planet to smoke a shisha if they could just do it contained by their back yard? As SK say but you could try some cheap brandy instead of water. Happy days!
