for my product design a levels, i requirement to sketch 12 ideas that I could develop. What would race like to see surrounded by the next 'worlds best' screwdriver, and how would your thought improve the use of it, making it easier and more comfortable etcetc.

Answers: With all due respect. I choice you success, but nearby are deeper issues with screw drivers, beyond the tip types, and comfort.
Respect to answer 1 nearby is such a hand held contained by existence, often see on informercials, late darkness TV, probably touted by Billy Maize, the Oxy Clean guy, and if you call surrounded by the next 10 minutes.............
Back to the issues. I judge more coordination should take place between the screw mfgs. and the driver mfgs.
As of in a minute there are no smaller amount than 6 or 8 varios screw head types and screw driver types to thread them within. That seems ludicrous to me, no business the applications. Everyone seems to constraint a better "Mouse Trap"? BUT, the tools themselves are no less/more inferior than the screws they are designed to drive. Obviously a PERFECT, auto, spring loading, up-and-down tip driver sounds ideal, but the substances used for both products is regularly inferior. Screw drivers strip heads or screw head strip drivers. Driver handles can rust, warp, verbs, while screws repeatedly misthread, snap due to tension, and/or once the HEAD is stripped, along comes E-Z out tools to reclaim the day.
Certainly next to a hand held, straight force screw driver, it normally isn't comfortable to use, in a design sense, and the position or application of the screw. What later? Perhaps a flex handle? Ah, but afterwards that may compromise Torque, and again, strip a head of any the tool or the screw. All might be magnetic? although they won't hold that 7/16th by "2" Brass screw that purely fell into an inaccessible area.
I don't own the better idea, I in recent times have the smaller quantity than good experiences habitually.

a Manuel screw driver that has a Handel that holds at least possible five different tips that can be inserted buy tuning the Handel to the desired tip and pushing a slide to insert it ....no need to Carrie plentifully of screw drivers with ,they do own set ups like that on some electric drills and they do own magnetic tips that store surrounded by the Handel, but i have never see one with the system i describe above
