How does the new Ryobi chain of tools hold up. The price is great compared to other cordless lines and the 18v batteries are 2 for $40 beside a charger verses 1 for $80 beside Dewalt. Are they worth it?

Answers:    I used to use the expensive Dewalt cordless tools and I would have to replace the drill every year.
I switched to Ryobi due to cost and own been joyous with them. They filch a beating and if I hold to replace one or a battery, it does not rip break open my wallet.
The Dewalt will give you more powerful tools but I own corded tools for that. I have the five piece set and also enjoy the hammer drill for mounting on concrete walls. I own used the impact drills and they have other worked just fine. I own only have one burn out on me in three years.
With Dewalt, I be burning out one a year.
The price is right but if you need powerful tools surrounded by remote places, go next to Dewalt.
If you want a tool that works well and you can drop from three stories and not verbs, go beside Ryobi.
