Running romex lead alongside hose down lines? I'm re-wiring my basement and be wondering if it's ok to run...

I'm re-wiring my basement and be wondering if it's ok to run romex wire alongside the existing river lines that feed up into the kitchen. Normally I would drill a hole surrounded by the joists and jump that route but a big section of the nouns I'm moving through is sectioned sour as a cold air return so they aren't exposed. Just curious if it's ok to run along the wet lines that go through this nouns and maybe even to zip-tie the romex to it to maintain it out of the way. Any comfort would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
Answers:    you should be ok. do not zip tie the romex to your sea lines. use staples that are made just for romex instead
not an electrician but if it be me doing it I think I would not do it that route.
even if it is not a violation and an electrician did that when I hired him I would ask him to do it over.
