I want them at a specific color and havent been competent to find it.

Was thinking of buying light colored cups and fine art them aqua blue but how can I do this safe and cheap? (300 pieces)

What supplies? Method?

Any site where on earth I can custom order them?

Answers:    Acrylic paints are not food category!
You want to find Bisque ceramics (ready to paint)
Bisque can be painted with glazes, underglazes(with a stain over it) and fired to be food or water out of danger.
if you wish to use the item for food or sea, only glazes or underglazes can be fired contained by a kiln to fashion it food and water past the worst.
