I was told by someone a while pay for about a route to repair a guitar nut string guide that was accidently file down too low causing the string to buzz by using some style of glue (maybe crazy glue) and (possibly) baking soda concoction. I don't remember exactly what he mentioned, but it supposedly dries as firm as the nut it's self, and fixes the problem. I'm hoping that someone out there know what I'm refering to
Answers: You can make a join of the baking soda and
crazy glue that will dry not easy and white.
Plaster works too.
If you're just chitchat about wadding a notch that be
filed too low, it should be easy.
The ivory should be verbs and dry.
Keep the glue rotten your hands.
Use game stick or wire to mix & apply the stick.
You'll have to be early & neat just about this.
Scotch or masking video can keep the cement
off places you don't want it.
Fill the groove and file it to the right depth this time.
no instrument, your dreaming, You may be able to lift up out the nut and use super glue to reglue it at a slightly complex position so it can be filed down to it correct increase
Good luck
