i'm building a master bath, and i stipulation to connect my sink drains to my wet vent. i'm running the 1 1/2" pipe through 2x6 walls, turning a corner, and connecting to a 2" drizzly vent (total distance about 4'). my cross-question is, what is a safe elevation (from finished floor) for my drain stub-outs? we are far from prepared to buy a vanity at this point, so i don't know the nonspecific level of the p-trap, and i involve to sheetrock this thing. i know p-traps are pretty flexable, but this will be an unfurl double vanity beside the p-traps exposed, so i need to be as precise as i can lacking knowing what vanity we will for sure be getting. confused? i am.

I other place mine 18" to the center of the drain.
