I turned the water sour before, and I plunged it for a while, next tried flushing it again.. this time it rose, then go down.. and stayed down.. did it work? or is this because I turned off the sea? is it okay to try and flush it again with the river off?

Answers: Turn the sea on, you can't flush it again with the river off, the container needs to reload with dampen first. Flush again once the tank is done wadding and see what happens. You really don't inevitability to turn off the dampen to plunge a toilet. Only if the water is backflowing over the bowl, and sometimes even later the back pressure will dump hose out of the toilet bowl even with the sea fill tap off.
