i got a ring last week from a ladie who newly bought a house and she said the pool was ridden next to alge so she use shock treatment and algeacide so when i got nearby the pool water be white so i tested everything and it all be at a good horizontal
so i cleaned the filter and suds and bubbles were comming sour it. its now be a week since i first was near and iv cleaned the filter numerious times and its still white, heres a nother hint i threw four 2 1/2 gallon jug of chlorine in and two days subsequently it was gone.stabizer read 90 so its not that any assistance out there ?
The white is bleached algae from bloodbath it to much. to small for filter to catch. Water clear or mineral out will work some kind better than others. What some kinds do is be paid it swell and expand for filter to catch or you can bring stuff that make a show in your filter to corner small particles than backwash. My contained by ground used to that all the time.

I would read out the water is comatose and needs to be replaced most relatives don't believe that this can happen but I hold seen it several times surrounded by my 30 plus years of pool maint.
Also at this time take the filter out and soak it within a trash can large adequate to get the filter into soak within bleach and water 50/50.Then fill up on and start over fresh
Then while the pool is empty also check to see if the paint is maybe turning chalky or who ever she purchased the house from may have merely painted it to make it look appropriate and done a really bad opening this will also cause the cloudiness.
Answers:    Did she incorporate a bunch of salt for some explanation (for an ionizer)? Is the water possibly excessively intricate and full of minerals?
Outside of that, you've got me, usually a worthy shocking and filter cleaning like you described will destroy that problem in a hurry.
