however, is there some group or administration that helps those who are older to do work around their home near out paying them for their labor? I mean chief repairs.?

Answers:    In Wisconsin we have an society called Project Home. In integration to the work they do all year for lower income race, they do a blitz on the first Saturday in May every year. They select 7-8 homes, and smudge up an army of volunteers to do all of the repairs they can. Materials are repeatedly donated, and if they do need to purchase supplies the local lumber yard offer substantial discounts. My Local Union adopt a house every year, as well as sending several of our volunteers to head crews at other houses. Hope this helps.

Try contacting your local Chamber of Commerce, or Habitat for Humanity. Another source may be churches contained by the community. Call Goodwill, Red Cross, or United Way, too. See if there is a Lyons Club or JayCees group surrounded by your area. Sometimes a local broadsheet will have that loving of information, too, if you write a letter to a columnist almost your problems. Good luck.
