Well i have this Singer sewing device model 8280, and i am having difficulties sewing. i see adjectives these videos or designers or sewers where on earth they smoothly run their fabrics through their contrivance, like really smoothly. when i try to run approaching a t-shirt, through the machine, it doesn't skim like the ones i see within the videos, and it get stuck unless i pull it extremely rugged and force it to move. my needle broke 3 times already! and i'm really confused what i am doing wrong that is to say causing this problem. If anyone know the answer, please HELP! The fabric i try to push is not smoothly human being sewn. Please help!
Answers:    Sounds close to a combination of a couple of things:
1) start your seam correctly. Hold the thread ends for the first
few stitches, and you don't get the origination of the seam
thread nests on the bottom of the fabric that produce jams/
2) adjust the presser foot pressure. Typically a knob on top of the mechanism directly above the needle. Some screw and unscrew, others press down and release (hate those!) and still
other machines don't hold an adjustment at all (those I won't buy)
3) the cloth is flimsy and it's being "sucked" down the nozzle slot. Try putting some paper underneath the yard goods and sewing
through all layer, or move the needle to the far disappeared or far right position if it's possible on this machine.
I'd be thrilled to take a look at it, but it's characteristics of hard surrounded by this format. Best ask around for some experienced sewers. Likely they'll find what's wrong with your apparatus, or help you beside your technique.
