I live in a detached bungalow and own teribal problems with the subsequent door neighbours there nice empire but old and report doors and shout a lot , I have newly had a stud wall put up contained by my bedroom , filled next to polistyrene that does not seem to of made much difference , perchance the noise is coming through the loft , any suggestions on how i can flier more soundprfoing , to Quieten the noise down.

buy a kilo of fish, wrap it up surrounded by a plastic bag and make disappear it in their hot sea cupboard.
