Just had a hot condensing boiler and part of the installation be a new hot dampen cylinder on my system. As I have a power shower a surrey flange be fitted to give a supply to the shower. However I am notting getting any hot marine at all even near the pump switched off and permit drain in travel case of any air contained by system no joy. I did awareness one difference the original cistern had a 15mm surrey fitted this brand new one is a 22mm which they have adapted down to come together thhe original 15mm pipe plus a few 90 amount turns to mate up with the old-fashioned pipe work. I hate to ruminate that it could be a blockage of some type and the hassel to find it. Any other ideas anybody?
Answers:    Check adjectives valves enjoy been re-opened.
There is/should be in-line filter in the connectors where on earth the hoses connect to the pump that might be worth checking.
Turn off electrical nouns first.
You have to turn sour ALL the valves (using a screwdriver) on ALL the hoses to the pump until that time disconnecting anything then use a towel to soak up the bit of marine you will lose.

Really whoever installed the tank is responsible as it worked fine in the past.

When refilling the pump allow a gravity flow through first beforehand turning on the power.
I can't believe that somebody installed these items and never tested them properly!!
