Where in the code book shows the neutral & ground should be bonded. Also, would within be a difference in performance any way.

Not boundind a transformer causes serious issues near performance, but the location has no affect on preformance . Just availability for access

carrying out? when you dont bond the neutral to the ground you end up getting 55 v from the hot and indeterminate sides, but this all depends on the type of transformer used. as for the code, my code book is in the motor and I am not in the car
