Actually just by getting up and down and the wiggle motion you make while sitting on the toilet loosens it up. My sugestion would be to help yourself to the wing nuts off and put a bit construction adhesive within the oval holes around the bolts and then replace the wing nuts. This will crowd the void that allows the form to move and after 24 hours it will not move again. This solution also does not harm your toilet and if you conversion the seat for one that have different spacing between the mounting bolts the adheasive can easily be removed to accomidate the unusual seat.
