What can I do? He stuck I am estimating 4 squishy water ball (that kind that hold hose and you squeeze them and the water comes out) down the toilet and I guess flushed it and presently it wont flush...just fill up with wet. Is there any road to save it or do I want to replace the toilet?
You could whip the toilet off and receive it in the hip bath so you can drain all the sea. You need to arrive at in from both sides and see if adjectives the balls are near. If not then you involve rotor rooter to come out and see if the balls made it to the street or plugging up your stripe.

1. Turn stale the water supply to the toilet. 2. Take a hose pump and drain out most of the water from the toilet bowl and from the reservoir above the bowl. 3. Take off the toilet from the floor. There may be some hose down leakage. 4. Try and procure the balls from the toilet.

Or give the name a plumber or get a toilet plunger. =)
Answers:    Remove the toilet. See if the balls are inside the actual j curve of the toilet or stuck contained by your outlet where the wax ring go. If you don't find any balls at adjectives, call a plumber to come and ream it out. I don't know of any other opening to get rid of a sponge resembling material than that. When you remove the toilet, do adjectives the stuf you ordinarily would do--shut off the dampen feed to it, catch the water out of it and the cistern with can, buckets, and towels, pull the nuts on the sides, and elevate the toilet straight up and then onto its side on towels. You can, if you close to, take the container off first, but that ability more fitting back together.
Then you can see if the ball are stuck either at the curve hose down system with something flexible and try to force them out, or if they are stuck at the floor flange point.
