Lighter Fluid - Refilling next to Butane? Ok. So I'm pretty sure I'm retarded. I've never done...

Ok. So I'm pretty sure I'm retarded. I've never done this before and for some origin, I can't get it to work.

I own a refillable lighter and some butane in somewhat bottle. I have emaciated 3/4 of this bottle trying to fill the lighter. Do I turn it right-side up, upside down, sideways or what?

It won't cram - all it does is squirt out and engross my nostrils.

Answers:    brand name sure its a refillable lighter ( not a bic) and it goes right side up (usually) i have the same prob.....i thought it should dance upside down but when i had it right side up it worked. also, some butanes hold different tips for different lighters

i have a refilable squirt light er and mine go's right side up and sid way's. thats the solitary two ways that i will work
