Light Fittings? I have forgot how to do them and used to do light...

I have forgot how to do them and used to do light fittings, but am i right contained by the fact that all "Neutral" wires stir together only 1 "Live" wire is used, and the loam don't need to be used with this fitting so they are placed safetly into another connecter and placed fund in the ceiling.

Answers:    earth to soil, neutral to neutral. If you hold two lives, one will go in loop and the other within live to allow the continuation of the radial circuit. I can't remember where the switch wire go. I will send a link of wireing diagram.
